Caleb Gaston
Caleb Gaston was born in 2005 and raised in Port Charlotte, Florida. He enjoys working outdoors and is employed in landscaping, while also serving as needed at a Christian camp. In his free time, Caleb loves boating and tubing with family and friends.
Caleb has a heart for seeing the next generation grow in their faith. He teaches students in grades 6-12 using the Answers in Genesis curriculum, helping them develop a biblical worldview and a deeper understanding of God's Word. His desire is to encourage young people to stand firmly on the truth of Scripture and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Hello! My name is Lea Harrell, and I am truly blessed to be a part of the Smyrna Baptist Church family. Originally from Hendersonville, Tennessee, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from MTSU in 2006. Today, I am continuing my passion for education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Western Governors University (WGU).
My husband, Stacy, and I moved to Chapel Hill in 2022 after welcoming our son, who is now an energetic four-year-old. During the school year, I love spending my days teaching fifth grade at Whitthorne Middle School in Columbia.
Serving our youth is a deep passion of mine. I have been actively involved in our Youth Ministry for several years, working alongside some incredible individuals to support our students. I love pouring into the lives of the next generation both in the classroom and at church, and I look forward to connecting with you!
